Last night, CardRunners instructor and former Full Tilt red pro Brian 'Stinger88' Hastings won his first live tournament after taking down the World Poker Tour (WPT) Regional Summer Splash event for $213,877 as well as, he pointed out on Twitter, two trophies.

Hastings beat a field of 391 players at the Hard Rock Seminole casino in order to win the first prize, beating out Griffin Malatino heads-up for the near quarter-million dollar score.

It might not be much for a man who boasts on his CV the biggest ever single session victory in online poker ($4.2 million versus 'Isildur1' in 2009) but a tournament win is a tournament win.

The full final table payouts were as follows:

1. Brian Hastings $213,877

2. Griffin Malatino $117,300

3. Michael Degilio $78,200

4. Darryl Fish $55,522

5. Jake Schwartz $41,446

6. Anthony Ruberto $32,844

7. Cong Pham $24,633

8. Martha Dajer-Rodriguez $18,377

9. Bryan Campanello $13,294
