Bluff US exclusive – Haseeb Qureshi admits to chip dumping

Thursday, 11 August 2011

Our esteemed colleague across the pond, Lance Bradley of Bluff magazine, has exclusively interviewed Haseeb “INTERNET POKERS” Quershi, who yesterday we reported had been dropped by video training site CardRunners in response to allegations and a subsequent confession of playing on the account of Jose “girah” Macedo.

Macedo, formerly known as “The Portuguese Poker Prodigy” and now regarded by many as a bit of a naughty boy, cheated players out of over $30,000 by superusing via Skype during sweat sessions.

This throws into doubt not only his backstory of winning $1.6m over 800,000 hands in a year but also the reputations of two famous players who vouched for him in Daniel “jungleman12” Cates and Quereshi.

In the exclusive interview for Bluff available here, Qureshi admits to chip dumping over $100,000 to Macedo on Lock Poker via the dummy account “SamChauhan” during the Bluff Lock Poker Challenge that Macedo was later disqualified from.
