Black Friday civil complaint extended again

Full Tilt Poker, PokerStars, Absolute Poker, Howard Lederer, Ray Bitar, Rafe Furst and payment processor Chad Elie have been granted extra time to respond to the civil complaint filed by United States Justice Department last year.

The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Preet Bharara, confirmed late yesterday that the defendants in the case will now have until 14 May to respond to the amended complaint. The prior deadline had been 19th March.
