Poker playboy Dan Bilzerian will avoid jail time relating to his felony bomb case after agreeing a deal with prosecutors.

Bilzerian was arrested along with Jeremy David Guymon in November for possessing "ammonium and/or cooler and/or aluminium powder as well as an ammonium nitrate mix." He was later charged with possessing/ attempting to manufacture explosives and blowing up a tractor trailer cab.

According to the Associated Press, legal representatives for the pair, agreed to a lesser misdemeanor charge and paid $20,000 in restitution.

As part of the deal, Bilzerian has agreed to record a public service announcement for the federal Bureau of Land Management.

The explosives case wasn't Bilzerian's only recent brush with the law. During his 34th birthday celebrations at a Miami nightclub, Bilzerian was accused of kicking a 34-year-old woman.
