Big changes for Holdem Manager 2

Tuesday, 23 July 2013

Users of the Holdem Manager 2 (HM2) iPhone app will soon have to adjust how they access the tracking software.

From August 1, HM2 will be unavailable on Apple’s App Store and also disabled on the iOS platform following a recent announcement by the company.

In a post on its website, the firm behind the innovation stated that ‘HM Cloud Alpha has significantly more functionality than the HM2 iPhone App’ and it feels that a change is necessary.

To coincide with the switch, the tech team behind HM2 plans to release a slew of additional updates for its cloud-based product over the next few months in order to make it the most advanced system of its kind.

Indeed, with the ability to access tracking data from any computer or browser thanks to HM Cloud servers, it seems as though the practice will become a simpler soon.

Following months of successful Alpha testing, HM Cloud will soon have its download limits removed so that it will be openly available to everyone.
