TV horseracing channel At The Races has teamed up with bricks and mortar casino group Genting to launch a new online poker site.
The new site at ATRPokerClub.com will be fronted by former Sky Poker host Sean Boyce who was understandably excited at being able to mix his two main pastimes, racing and poker. The presenter said, “It’s a fantastic idea. As a passionate poker player, I’ve always been a firm believer that the game makes us all better bettors and every one I know loves the thrill that both racing and poker provides.“Now, playing blackjack or poker online with the ATR Clubs combines my love of horse racing with my fascination with poker, and offers everyone great opportunities to enjoy a day at the races. Mind you, I’ll be living in fear every time I’m playing on the ATR Poker Club from now on, as I know that my scalp is now worth a few quid with Boycie’s Bounty Hunt.”In addition to a host of racing related promotions ATRPoker eventually hopes to host live tournaments and then televise them on the channel.Keep up to date with all the news from the poker world by following us on Twitter and Facebook.
