Antonius thrashes Adams in tennis showdown

Well if the US Davis Cup team are ever short of a player they won't have to bother asking Brandon Adams. The Finnish team on the other hand could do worse than take a look at Patrik Antonius who showed he is just as competitive on the tennis court as the poker felt.

Adams had been offered odds of 10/1 to beat the Finn in a special prop bet match held in Las Vegas yesterday. Those odds looked extremely skinny given the way that Antonius dominated the encounter.

The enigmatic Finn dropped just one game in the two set match, winning 6-0, 6-1 and collecting up $30,000 for his troubles.
