The fourth leg of the Amateur Professional Poker Tour (APAT) has been won by Andrew Kingan from Wallasey, England. Kingan overcame 187 other players to win €4,900 for his victory at the rather nice Poker Royale Casino in Vienna. The £75 freeze-out gave players a great chance to play deep stack poker for a comfortable buy-in, with players getting 10,000 starting chips, a slow clock, plus a seat in the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour main event for extra motivation.
The event was the first APAT held outside the UK and over 70 players travelled from there to the Austrian capital.
