Four-time WSOP bracelet winner Allen Cunningham will join the likes of Chris Ferguson, Phil Ivey and Howard Lederer as the latest addition to Team Full Tilt.
Aged 29, Cunningham has been playing poker professionally for the past seven years and has quietly earned a reputation as one of top players of his generation. Most recently, Cunningham cemented his status among poker’s elite by finishing fourth at the 2006 WSOP Main Event, outlasting more than 8,800 competitors and earning more than $3.6 million.
According to fellow Team Full Tilt member Howard Lederer, Cunningham is a perfect match for the team. 'Allen Cunningham has simply been the best all-around player at the WSOP over the last two years,” Lederer said. “Team Full Tilt is honoured to welcome such an accomplished player to its ranks.'
Cunningham has become the 13th member of Team Full Tilt, a squad which has collectively won 30 WSOP bracelets. As part of his Team Full Tilt duties, Cunningham will spend time at the Full Tilt site, teaching and chatting to amateur poker players.
