Alexander Jobling wins Dusk Till Dawn deepstack

Tuesday, 8 December 2009

Despite the competing attractions on offer the monthly Deepstack at Dusk Till Dawn attracted another excellent crowd over the weekend. A total of 263 players bought in to the £300 Main Event and in the end it was 20-year-old Alexander Jobling who claimed the top spot and first prize of £22k. The youngster defeated Alex Ives heads up, who was forced to settle for £11k.

Dusk Till Dawn has also announced something to warm the cockles in the cold, January winter. The inaugural Super 50 event will take place on the weekend of 9th and 10th January with a whopping £10,000 prize pool. The excellent value tournament has a £50 buy in with starting stacks of 10,000 chips and a 24-minute clock.

It’s another great addition to the Dusk Till Dawn schedule, which already includes the £300 monthly deepstack and the £40k guaranteed 20Twenty series.

The next date to pencil in at Dusk Till Dawn is the £1,000 Monte Carlo Deepstack Festival that runs from 18th to 20th December where a prize pool of £250,000 is up for grabs. For more information and details of how to satellite your way in see Dusk Till Dawn.
