Action Jack's Cash Suite Opens for Business

Friday, 15 February 2013

Paul Jackson is probably best known for butting heads with Phil Ivey in a crazy bluff, bluff and bluff again pot at the EPT Grand Final. Like his opponent in Monte Carlo that day, Action Jack now has his own cash game room at a casino, albeit at a slightly less exotic location than Las Vegas.

After a dry run at the Genting Poker Series last week, the Action Jack Cash Suite at the Genting Club, Star City in Birmingham officialy opens for business this evening.

The action gets under way from 7pm with No Limit Holdem games running from £2-£5 upwards, Pot Limit Omaha from £1-£2 upwards and Round of Each at £5-£5 upwards. The big guns, including Hendon Mobster Joe Beevers and Sky Poker presenter Carlo Citrone will likely to be heading to the £25/£50 table.

Champagne cocktails and buffet will be provided with non poker playing guests welcome as house games will also be available in the private section.

And if you haven't seen the infamous Ivey versus Jackson hand before, enjoy.
