Internet gaming portal 777.com is dedicating this week to the 21st movie in the James Bond series which features actor Daniel Craig as James Bond.
777.com has already published an article on the new movie with related news items and will shortly pit the new film, Casino Royale, against other famous movies for the title of 'Best Gambling-Related Movie of All-Time' in their next gambling poll.
Texas Hold’em poker plays an important role in the movie since the main confrontation between the Bond and his nemesis takes place within the confines of an action-packed poker game.
According to Amy Gomez, 777.com's marketing director, the gambling guide decided to focus on Casino Royale since James Bond has been an icon for gamblers for many years.
'James Bond has been a role model for the gambling community for more than four decades,' said Gomez. 'Every gambler who sits at a table wants to posses the famous 007 coolness and at the same time prays that he wouldn't have to play against someone like Bond.'
