Just 61 players are left at PokerStars EPT Barcelona with qualifier Antonin Duda leading the charge for the €1m+ first prize. The Czech student closed the day with a stack of 1,470,000, just ahead of Samuel Rodriguez who will return with 1,416,000.

The only other player to accumulate a seven figure stack was Ilari Sahamies (1,269,000) who leads a host of big name players in the chasing pack. The UK challenge remains strong with Roberto Romanello (671,000), Daniel Rudd (635,000) and Bluff Europe columnist Ben Jackson (363,000) all very much in contention.

Today's starters are all guaranteed a pay day of at least €14,150 but will have eyes on a much more. The eight that reach the final table will pocket a minimum of €76,100 with the winner taking home €1,007,550.
