A press release from the producers of NBC’s Heads-Up Championship has outlined an extensive list of pros for the televised event.
The roster is the first official announcement from the organisers, adding some credence to the tentative lists compiled from tweets and forum posts over the last few weeks. Each player will ante-up $20,000 to compete in the 64-player tournament which takes place between January 24th and 26th. To determine the breakdown of players a draw party will take place on January 23rd. This will divide the players into brackets and determine their projected routes to the final.
