Gestern Montag, den 8. Juni 2009, eröffnete Pokermanager Marcel Pipal pünktlich um 15 Uhr die erste Kopfgeldjagd im Rahmen einer Turnierwoche.
122 Spieler fanden sich zum € 200 + € 50 No Limit Hold’em Knockout Bounty ein und sorgten damit für einen Preispool von € 28.975.In den ersten Levels sah es fast so aus, als wäre man bereits zur Dinnerbreak fertig. Viele bekannte Gesichter wie Alex Leviev, Michael Hill, Hansi Suppan, Manfred Hammer, Papadopoulos und Werner Oberbauer mussten sich schneller verabschieden, als ihnen lieb war. Zu Beginn des fünften Levels war das Feld bereits halbiert.Mit nur noch 23 Spielern ging es kurz vor 19:30 Uhr in die Dinnerbreak. Andrea Oberheinricher war als letzte Frau mit dabei und sie sollte es auch an den Final Table schaffen. Dieser startete um 22:30 Uhr. Chipleader war John vor Sigi Rath. Oliver Quirmbach hatte es wie schon beim € 300 No Limit Hold’em Freezeout an den Final Table geschafft.Und wie auch schon am Tag zuvor lichteten sich die Reihen am Final Table sehr schnell. Nicht einmal eine Stunde dauerte es, bis nur noch fünf Spieler übrig waren. Sigi Rath hatte sich die Führung erkämpft, John lag knapp dahinter. Wolfgang Gassler verabschiedete sich mit Platz 5, überraschend musste John dann auf Platz 4 gehen. Er verlor mit Jh10h gegen KcKd von Philip Reisinger. Der konnte sich damit das Chiplead sichern und schickte auch noch Leonid Lukovskiy hinterher.Im Heads-up hatte Philip Reisinger mehr als doppelt so viele Chips wie Sigi Rath. Der wartete auf seine Chance und konnte mit K Q gegen A 6von Philip verdoppeln und die Führung übernehmen. Von da an ging es schnell und so kam es zur letzten Hand. Sigi hielt AcQd, Philip 7 7. Das Board brachte 4cQc9hQs4h und Sigi Rath gewann das € 250 Knockout Bounty mit dem Full House.
