If Ivey wins 2 WSOP bracelet events in 2010 and 2011 then he stands to win $5m. If he doesn't then Lederer pockets the loot.

Who's got the better of the deal? Given his recent success in the smaller field side events I think Ivey's got the better of it. He's Phil Ivey FFS!!!

There were a lot of fields with sizes of less than 200 last year.

Ivey certainly has the best of it. He has to win two small field events in a fringe game that he dominates, piece of piss.

Lederer has the best side of this bet from an EV perspective but he's still going to lose.

Probably the same as it would feel for me to make a £200 wager with you. It would certainly sting if I lost but I wouldn't starve to death.

They are just very rich men. Remember Howard Lederer is big boss man of the world's second largest online poker site and Ivey likely has a decent stake in FTP also.
